Innovapptive Announces Manoj Anakapalli as Director of Global Customer Delivery to Deliver Service Excellence Across Multiple Delivery Teams

Innovapptive Inc. - In its mission to maximize customer success, Innovapptive Inc., a market leader in enterprise mobile and user experience solutions for SAP Business Suite, has appointed Manoj Anakapalli to the position of Director of Global Customer Delivery reporting directly to CEO and Co-founder, Hari Kamineni. In this role, Mr. Anakapalli will be responsible for Innovapptive’s global customer advocacy and for ensuring customer centricity is at the core of Innovapptive’s growth strategy.

Mr. Anakapalli brings to Innovapptive over 10 years of experience in global customer deployments at various industry verticals such as verticals including Pharma, IT, F&B and Automotive. He will lead Innovapptive’s global customer success teams and expand its global support channels. He will also spearhead the development of advanced offerings across professional services and customer support.

Mr. Anakapalli holds a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Mississippi and has a passion for cutting edge technologies and innovation, making him versatile in certain technical facets of knowledge including Business Intelligence, SAP and Master Data Management.

With a proven track record of working in various technical domains including ABAP, SAP NetWeaver, SAP ERP, SAP SRM, and SAP Procurement, Mr. Anakapalli has contributed immensely in timely delivery and implementation of key projects during his tenure in various organizations. Apart from being a versatile team leader, having managed several cross-functional teams, he is also a strategic thinker, who understands the nuances of business processes and implementation methodologies that perfectly aligns with our customers’ expectations.
