Within seconds, a work task appears in mRounds for the operator on shift, or a maintenance notification is generated in iMaintenance, complete with context like pump ID, timestamp, and vibration data.

After the operator performs the inspection and updates the findings, SmartTrigger™ sends the feedback — including inspection notes and actions taken — back to PI Historian and SAP, completing the digital traceability loop.
