Innovapptive Board of Directors Brings Strong Tech Industry Knowledge and Leadership
Innovapptive, a mobile-first digital transformation provider, has elected four industry leaders to its new board of directors. They will advise the company on funding, oversight, product development and market identification.

Innovapptive’s board includes BVR Mohan Reddy, Sashi Narahari, Perry Turbes and Mark Bouzek.
Mohan founded and is executive chairperson of Cyient, a global leader in engineering, manufacturing, data analytics, and networks and operations services. Cyient established the Engineered in India brand and contributed more than $3 billion in exports. In 2017, Mohan received the Padma Shri, India’s fourth highest civilian honor, for his contributions to the country’s trade and industry.
Mohan is Vice Chairman, NASSCOM, and Chairman of IIT Hyderabad’s Board of Governors, and a member of National Council of CII. His commitment to social responsibility led him to establish the Cyient Foundation. The foundation’s Adopt-a-School initiative supports more than 18,500 children in 28 government schools. Cyient Foundation has also set up 67 Cyient Digital Centers and is teaching digital skills to more than 24,000 children and 20,000 adults.
Sashi co-founded HighRadius, whose AI platform automates back-office functions, such as receivables. HighRadius is Houston’s first tech firm to reach unicorn status ($1 billion valuation). Sashi works with Fortune 1000 companies on credit and collections management, and invoicing and payments solutions. HighRadius’ clients include Adidas, Cargill, Danone, Walmart, Johnson & Johnson and Starbucks.
Sashi brings a unique combination of business management expertise and technical knowledge to Innovapptive’s board. He has proven executive management experience in building and operating software companies. Sashi is passionate about finding technology-enabled disruptive solutions to large under-served markets.
Perry is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas upstream, midstream and pipeline sectors. He’s the former CEO of Quorum Software, which offers cloud-based operations and accounting solutions that deliver advanced functionality, improved efficiency and enhanced regulatory compliance throughout the energy value chain. Prior to becoming CEO in 2013, Perry served in various executive management roles, including President, COO and CCO.
Perry brings proven software expertise to Innovapptive’s board. He has transformed businesses into high-growth organizations through the creation of scale. Perry’s mantra is first and always take care of your employees and customers, and organizations experience significant growth under his leadership. Before joining Quorum, he worked in the natural gas plant accounting group at Duke Energy Field Services (now DCP Midstream).
Mark is an accomplished global leader and board member dedicated to continually improving for-profit and not-for-profit organizational performance. He possesses a wide range of strategic, operational, technology and cybersecurity experience, including leading several $500 million+ global organizations, helping start multiple internet businesses, and serving on numerous for-profit and not-for-profit boards. Mark is currently a partner at Social Ventures Partners, where he works with not-for-profit organizations on strategy, optimization and coaching.
Previously, as BP’s Upstream CIO, Mark developed and implemented a global IT strategy, governance structure and operating model for 15 previously fragmented and diverse regions. His new organization operated in more than 20 countries with a $600 million budget. Prior to BP, Mark was Royal Dutch Shell’s CIO Manufacturing, Supply and Distribution. He developed and implemented a $550 million global business unit which integrated 10 independent operating companies.
