Innovapptive Expands Executive Team with New Global VP of Sales

Innovapptive Inc., a leading SAP enterprise mobile and user experience (UX) solution company has appointed Sven Bergstrom as Global Vice-president of Sales to strategize, transform and spearhead the sales operations to address growing global demand. Sven brings across the table a rich sales experience in the SAP domain, helping customers realize step-change improvements through the adoption of mobility solutions in the realm of adding value to their existing business processes. With a technical blend of mind coupled with dynamic leadership skills, Sven is expected to transform the sales processes at Innovapptive with focus on bringing innovation at its core to all SAP products, thereby extending the value creation via mobile solutions and cloud paradigms.

Prior to joining Innovapptive, Sven worked at Critigen as Global VP – SAP sales, where he lead the rapid emergence of Critigen’s business tied to SAP and ensured critical success for the company’s rapid sales initiatives. Sven was instrumental in helping customers realize step-change improvements through the adoption of mobility solutions that seamlessly integrates business data (ERP) and geospatial data (GIS) in the context of business processes. Apart from managing the sales initiatives, he also developed and sold his own set of accounts in the utilities and the public sector verticals.
Before serving Critigen, Sven enjoyed a distinguished career at SAP where he co-founded and led a cross-organizational incubation team that successfully catalyzed the emergence of spatial solutions across core verticals like utilities, public sector, oil & gas, and transportation. Apart from that, he also worked as a solution manager in the IBU for utilities by focusing on bringing analytic solutions and the SAP HANA appliance to the market.
Sven was a Sloan Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he earned an MBA in Innovation and Global leadership. He is passionate about bringing creative energy, a refined skill set and the focus to identify and scale the most promising ideas.
