Innovapptive Fills Key Roles with New VP and Senior Director
HOUSTON – Innovapptive, a global digital transformation pioneer, announces that it has appointed a new vice president and a senior director for executive positions in the company’s Hyderabad, India, office. Srinivas Mullapudi is Innovapptive’s new Vice President for Technical Product Management, while Prabhat Prasad is rejoining the company as Senior Director - People and Culture.

Srinivas will drive product vision and translate that vision into a value-driven expansion of Innovapptive's current suite of connected worker solutions. These SAP-certified solutions enable industrial maintenance departments and warehouses to gain greater operational visibility, eliminate information silos, increase data accuracy, improve productivity, and reduce costs using mobile, hand-held devices. He will also create and develop new mobile-first products and services.
Srinivas is a passionate product leader and an avid techie. He firmly believes in the power of the 3Ps - People, Product, and Process - to drive customer business value through tech. He brings 18+ years of experience in tech spanning Product Development, Consulting, and Product Management. He holds an MBA from ISB.
Srinivas comes to Innovapptive from a similar position at e2open, which develops and sells connected supply chain software-as-a-service. He helped transform the e2open Supply Chain Planning team in terms of product, people, processes, and culture and helped achieve double-digit growth.
Prabhat is rejoining Innovapptive, where he will once again lead the company’s human resource department, which Innovapptive terms as People and Culture. He will oversee the company’s compensation and benefits group, the learning and development team, and the business partnering and operations unit. Innovapptive nearly doubled its global workforce during Prabhat’s first tenure and continues to grow as it concentrates on new product development and expanding sales and marketing in the Middle East, Australia, and Europe.
Before Innovapptive, Prabhat served as Director - Human Resources at TA Digital, a digital transformation consulting firm. He holds an MA in Economics, MBA from IMDR, Pune, and is an SHRM (Senior Certified Professional).
