Innovapptive Inc., the leading provider of a highly configurable SaaS mobile workforce management solutions, today named Sundeep V. Ravande as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

After five years at the helm, Innovapptive co-founder and former CEO, Hari P. Kamineni, nominated Sundeep V. Ravande, President & co-founder for the position as the company lines up for a Series B funding round in 2018. Hari will move to the role of Chief Product Officer (CPO) and stay on Innovapptive's Board of Directors and focus on products, innovations and its fast-growing rapid mobile application development framework (RMAD) and vision.

"Sundeep is an immensely talented, enterprising and experienced individual who is the perfect fit to lead Innovapptive to new heights," says Kamineni. "As the President & co-founder, Sundeep has been instrumental in leading Innovapptive's sales revenue growth and customer acquisitions over the last 5 years. Sundeep is well-positioned to guide Innovapptive through its next stage of growth and has given me the confidence to make this decision to help accelerate our products and innovation execution and vision."

As President & co-founder, Ravande has quadrupled Innovapptive's revenues in Q1-2017, while leading its $1.5M raise in 2016. The company acquired several Fortune 500 customers under his leadership, opened its European presence, built international partnerships, and implemented processes to grow the product, sales, and human resources teams to meet the ever-increasing demands.

"We know that Hari made this decision with the best interests of Innovapptive in mind as Hari was looking to provide focused leadership to Innovapptive's product & innovation roadmap," says Kishore Ganji, Innovapptive Board Member and Board Member of Hyderabad Angels, an investor in Innovapptive. "We're thrilled that Sundeep has accepted this responsibility and confident that he is the right person to lead Innovapptive through its next growth stage."

Prior to co-founding Innovapptive, Sundeep worked at IBM and other Big 5 consulting firms leading large business transformation projects. Sundeep has held various positions in supply chain, software and technology industries and has a master's in mechanical and aerospace engineering from the University of Mississippi.

"I see tremendous opportunities for Innovapptive to help enterprises across the globe transform their mobile workforce management and help enterprise IT teams address the outrageous demand for enterprise mobility with our Rapid Application Configuration Engine (RACE™), a Rapid Mobile Application Development (RMAD) and Configuration Framework," says Sundeep.

Innovapptive continues to build on its rapid momentum of 400% revenue growth in Q1-2017. In 2016, the company hired a new Managing Director for Europe based out of Waldorf, Germany and several key advisory board members from the oil & gas industry to support expansion of its enterprise asset management (EAM) and supply chain product portfolio.
