The World’s Largest Confectionary Company to Deploy Innovapptive’s Mobile Asset Tagging and Reconciliation Solution

The mobile asset tagging and reconciliation solution will provide the world’s largest confectionary company a cost effective automated identification and data capture (AIDC) solution to complete a periodic physical asset reconciliation by using the mobile apps’ native bar code capture and GPS functionality.
Innovapptive Inc., a market leading provider for SAP Mobile Solutions, today announced the deployment of its mAssetTag Mobile App to one of the world’s largest confectionary companies, with US $30 billion in annual sales in 2012 and employing over 72,000 employees across 70+ countries worldwide. The customer was looking for a simple and cost effective solution to better manage their physical asset reconciliation process and selected Innovapptive’s mAssetTag solution. They will use the mobile app’s native barcode capture and GPS functionality to accelerate their asset reconciliation process.
The mAssetTag solution from Innovapptive is SAP-certified for SAP® Mobile Platform and SAP Netweaver on SAP HANA. In addition to the mobile app, Innovapptive offers an asset reconciliation scheduling and monitoring module in SAP for customers to centralize their periodic asset reconciliation process and monitor the status of its completion. The mobile app provides optional integration with iOS RFID peripherals to further accelerate the process.
