Innovators behind our vision
Sundeep V. Ravande is the CEO of Innovapptive Inc. and believes in a better way of running plant-based operations. Most enterprises are experiencing shrinking profit margins in the current economy, and disappearing tribal knowledge due to a rapidly aging workforce. For the last 40+ years, operations continue to be a set of tedious linear steps—slow, inaccurate and highly inefficient. Sundeep envisions a world where field work can be done faster, cheaper and safer through a "Connected Worker" experience for 350 million field workers across the globe. By placing the front-line worker at the center of all plant-based processes, companies are seeing their staff seamlessly collaborate with systems of records, humans, machines and workflows in a highly efficient and safe operation.
Ben Benson has spent his career partnering with and advising growth oriented technology businesses across several verticals including connected workforce, field service, hospitality and training technology. Currently, he helps lead Vista Equity Partners’ growth stage private equity fund, Endeavor.
Prior to joining Vista, Ben was a senior investment professional at LLR Partners, where he was focused on growth stage B2B software. Prior to LLR, Ben began his career in the M&A group at BMO Capital Markets.
Sashi Narahari is the co-founder of HighRadius, which has developed an AI platform that allows businesses to automate key back-office functions such as trade receivables and treasury management. HighRadius’ clients include top companies such as Adidas, Cargill, Danone, Walmart, Johnson & Johnson and Starbucks. Under Sashi’s leadership, the company has achieved unicorn status (valuation of at least $1 billion), the first tech/software company in Houston to reach such a level.
Sashi brings a unique combination of business management expertise and technical knowledge to the Innovapptive board of directors. He has proven executive management experience in building and operating software companies. Sashi is passionate about finding technology-enabled disruptive solutions to large under-served markets. He has worked with Fortune 1000 companies in implementing credit management, collections management, dispute management, and invoicing and payments solutions. Prior to HighRadius, Sashi served as the CEO of Riversand Technologies, a provider of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.

Prior to co-founding Innovapptive Inc., Sundeep worked with several Big 5 consulting firms, IBM and Accenture, helping Fortune 500 clients such as Verizon, Shell, Mead Johnson Nutrition, Coca-Cola and FMC Corp. to re-invent and re-imagine their business operations with digital technologies. As CEO of Innovapptive Inc., Sundeep is responsible for driving the company's vision to become the #1 provider of "Connected Worker" experience software for front-line workers. Sundeep received a Master of Science degree in aerospace and mechanical engineering from the University of Mississippi.

Paul (Tony) Malz is Innovapptive’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, he brings deep expertise in corporate finance and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) to drive Innovapptive’s strategic growth and long-term financial performance.
With more than two decades of financial leadership experience, Tony is recognized for his ability to align financial strategy with business objectives, enabling sustainable growth and profitability. He partners closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop data-driven investment strategies, optimize deal structures, and enhance gross margins.
Before joining Innovapptive, Tony held finance leadership roles at technology organizations such as FICO and Intuit, where he led global finance functions delivering strong financial and operational performance. Tony holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Finance from San Diego State University.

Visionary leadership driving real-world transformation
Sri Karthik is Innovapptive’s Executive Vice President, Pre-Sales & Solution Engineering. Sri brings strong relationship building skills cultivated by a successful career in software sales and project management, which complements an extensive background in accounting, finance, and information technology. His organization is focused on leading profitable growth by creating differentiated solutions for customers. His team’s responsibilities include product strategy, branding and execution, marketing initiatives, and the development and deployment of industry-leading value engineering capabilities.
His experience spans several industries including consumer products, oil and gas, media and telecommunications, F&B, chemicals, and life sciences and includes working with clients from different geographic regions and cultural backgrounds.
Sri has a Masters degree from Illinois Institute of Technology.
Amit Lal is the Executive Vice President of Digital Transformation. Amit brings in rich experience of over 25+ years in both functional and technical areas spanning across disparate industry sectors including Manufacturing, Natural Resources, Chemicals, Technology, Media and Telecom. In this position, he is primarily responsible to enhance the customer experience with integrated services delivery covering implementation to ROI realization.
Amit has a unique and valuable functional background in leading plant maintenance and operations functions coupled with in depth ERP consulting experience with big 5 firm for close to two decades. Amit is passionate about thinking out of the box and bringing in innovative ways for complex problem solving and to challenge the status quo. His leadership skills have proven to be very effective in turning around the situations and in strategizing for efficiency and profitability.
Amit has received Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from N.I.T. Rourkela.
Kalyan Vankayalapati is Innovapptive’s Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). In this role, his responsibilities include developing and managing the emerging territory’s marketing initiatives, brand positioning, sales pipeline, product distribution, and operations. Kalyan also leads the company’s strategic customer success initiatives designed to increase user adoption of Innovapptive's product portfolio across ANZ.
Kalyan has a proven history of success in the information technology and services industry. Prior to joining Innovapptive, he served as a senior manager at Accenture in Brisbane and a managing consultant for IBM in the U.S., where he completed several key projects involving business transformation.
Kalyan earned a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the State University of New York (SUNY).
Abhishek Parkala oversees the daily operations of the Global Delivery Center or GDC, the largest workforce office for Innovapptive. As an experienced and efficient leader, he is responsible for designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures that promote Innovapptive’s Mission and Vision.
He is responsible for developing and managing policies to streamline processes, oversee their execution and make sure the back office is running in alliance with the customer requirements. He has extensive experience in different sectors like Financial Services, IT, Real Estate, and Construction Management.
Abhishek is a serial entrepreneur having involved in three startups as a founder. In his previous ventures, he demonstrated competency in strategic planning and business development. He has deep insight into all facets of a business, and his ability to develop financial strategies to help these businesses grow is of added advantage to Innovapptive.
Prabhat is the Vice President - People & Culture at Innovapptive, heading the entire HR Operations at GDC office in Hyderabad. He comes with 16 years of experience and expertise encompassing complete HR gamut. He has been associated with various organizations including Tech Mahindra, Infosys and TA Digital.
As Head of Human Resources and Administration functions, he was responsible for planning, operations, and strategy of resources. He also spearheaded the efforts to attract, retain and develop exceptional talent and create a world-class workplace. He strongly believes that the real growth and development of any organization happens when we have the mindset to leverage the synergy of Human, Technology and Business elements. He has a vast experience in Talent Acquisition, Core HR - Business Partnering, Organization Development, and L&D.
He has been a proposer for a Competency Enhancement procedure at organizations that guides the managers to drive the standard needs of the company. Prabhat holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration - specialized in Human Resource Development & Organization Development from the IMDR - Pune.
Sundeep Yalamanchi is Innovapptive's Senior Director of Partners and Alliances. His role is to find, develop and nurture business partnerships with industry-leading technology companies to further Innovapptive’s mission.
Through Sundeep's persistence and hard work, Innovapptive now works hand-in-hand with several technology, hardware and system integrators to offer a wider range of solutions to our customers. Our many partners include giants such as Deloitte (systems integration), SAP and IBM Maximo (technology), and Zebra and Cognex (hardware), among others. Sundeep has 15 years' experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
He began his career as a Control Systems Engineer at W-Industries designing safety and measurement systems for downstream production facilities and later moved to Expro into the upstream drilling side of the industry designing control systems for well control.
This background gives Sundeep a solid understanding of upstream, midstream and downstream Oil & Gas customers' unique needs, something Expro realized when they promoted him to Sales and Service Engineer. Prior to Innovapptive, Sundeep held various roles at Schlumberger from product manager and business development of well pressure control products to managing global sales for equipment business for the M-I Swaco business unit.
He brings extensive field-level insights with global experience critical to understand the world of our customers and to be a valuable partner in their digital transformation journey. Sundeep earned a Master's degree in Electronics and Computer Technology from Indiana State University and an MBA in Management and Finance from Tulane University.
